What Starday collects
Your email address to sign you in, and the tasks, settings, stars, and rewards you create (stored so your devices stay in sync).
Signing in with Google
If you sign in with Google, Starday receives your email address, name, and profile picture from your Google account — nothing else. It never reads your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or contacts. That information is used only to create your account and show who's signed in. It isn't sold, shared, or used for ads, and it isn't sent to any AI model. Starday's use of information from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Starday anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
AI scoring
When you add a task, its title is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to estimate its difficulty.
What Starday doesn't do
No ads, no analytics, no trackers, no selling or sharing your data.
Your data is yours
Export a full backup anytime from Settings. To delete your account and everything in it, email support and it will be done within 3 business days.
